I currently work at VML as a Senior Discoverability Manager, supporting clients through SEO strategy and optimization for AI-powered search. My current client work includes ConEd, Johnson Outdoors, Humana, and Hayward Pool Products.

I began my SEO and web development career at Dream Town Realty in 2011. I later worked in SEO and social media at Chicago Tribune Media Group, then spent seven years at Tribune Publishing developing SEO strategies for The Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune. At Upwork, I served as an SEO Content Manager and helped grow the Upwork Resource Center from 36,000 to 523,000 monthly visits through strategic content expansion and keyword targeting.

I also run TCB Studio, where I apply that experience to smaller businesses that need clear priorities, useful recommendations, and help putting the work into practice without unnecessary complexity.
