This program exists to say thank you when someone I already know introduces a business that becomes a paying client.

It is not a public affiliate program and is not intended for general internet promotion. Referral rewards are offered at TCB Studio’s discretion and typically apply only to referrals from existing clients, collaborators, or personal contacts.

How the Referral Program Works

When someone you refer becomes a paying client of TCB Studio, two things typically happen.

First, the new client receives 10% off their first invoice as a referral welcome discount.

Second, the person who made the referral may receive a referral reward equal to 10% of that first invoice.

The way the reward is issued depends on whether the referrer is already a client.

Existing clients receive a credit on their next invoice.
Non-clients may receive a one-time cash payout.

Referral rewards apply only to the first paid invoice for a new client. The program does not provide recurring commissions or ongoing revenue sharing.

New Client Referral Discount

A referred client receives 10% off their first invoice when:

• They are new to TCB Studio
• The referral is mentioned before work begins
• Their first invoice is paid in full

The referral discount applies only to the initial invoice and does not continue to future invoices, projects, or ongoing services.

Referral Rewards

If You Are an Existing Client

Clients who refer new paying clients receive 10% off their next invoice once the referred client’s first invoice has been paid.

Referral credits apply to a single future invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits are intended as a thank-you for the referral and are not designed to accumulate indefinitely.

If You Are Not a Client

If you are not currently a client but introduce a new business that becomes a paying client, you may receive a one-time cash referral payment equal to 10% of the first paid invoice.

This payment is issued after the referred client’s invoice has been paid in full and processed during the next referral payout cycle.

Payment details may be required before the payout can be issued.

Timing of Referral Credits and Payouts

Referral rewards are reviewed and processed monthly.

Cash referral payments are issued after the month in which the qualifying invoice is paid. Client referral credits are applied to the next eligible invoice following that same review cycle.

This structure keeps accounting clean and avoids one-off processing every time a referral occurs.

Program Limits and Conditions

This referral program is designed to remain simple and fair.

Referral rewards apply only to the first invoice paid by a new client. They are not recurring commissions and do not carry over to future invoices or long-term engagements.

Referral discounts and referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional pricing unless explicitly approved.

Only one referrer may be associated with a new client. If multiple people claim the same referral, the referral reward will go to the person identified first by the client or otherwise documented first.

Referral rewards are earned only on work that is actually invoiced and paid. Canceled projects, refunded invoices, disputed payments, or unpaid invoices do not qualify.

Referral rewards are calculated based on the subtotal of the first invoice that is actually paid, not the projected value of a project or future work.

TCB Studio reserves the right to deny or withhold referral rewards in cases of abuse, self-referrals, fabricated leads, or misuse of the program.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A referral becomes eligible when:

• The person referred is genuinely new to TCB Studio
• They reach out for legitimate services or project work
• They book work and pay their first invoice in full

Simply sending a name or contact does not qualify on its own. A referral reward is earned only when the referred client becomes an actual paying client.

Example Scenarios

Client Referral

You are an existing client and introduce a business owner who needs help with their website or SEO.

They hire TCB Studio and pay their first invoice.
They receive 10% off that invoice, and you receive 10% off your next invoice.

Non-Client Referral

You introduce a business that hires TCB Studio for a project.

They pay their first invoice.
They receive 10% off that invoice, and you receive a one-time cash payout equal to 10% of that first invoice, issued during the next referral payout cycle.
