Sign In to Your Account

Use the account page to sign in and manage products, downloads, orders, and saved account details.

Sign In

1. Open the account page.
2. Enter your email or username.
3. Enter your password.
4. Check “Remember me” to make future sign-ons easier. (Optional)
5. Click the “Sign In” button.

Troubleshooting

If you do not have an account yet

Create an account using your preferred email. Once you create an accoun, you should be able to sign in for future account use.

If the login form reloads

• Double-check that the email address is spelled correctly.
• Reset your password if you are not sure which password was used.
• Try a private browser window if a browser extension or cached session is interfering.
