How to create a customer account and connect it to a purchase.

An account lets you access purchased products, downloads, order history, and account details from one place.

How to create a TCB Studio account

Follow these simple steps to create an account and enjoy its benefits:

  1. Go to the account registration page.
  2. Enter the email address you want to use.
  3. Add a strong password.
  4. Check the box if you’d like to be subscribed to the newsletter. (Optional)
  5. Click the “Create Account” button.

Troubleshooting

Check your account email

If you already purchased something, create the account with the same email used at checkout. That is most likely the email tied to your order and download permissions.

If your purchase is missing

Try another email you may have used at checkout. If the product still does not appear, contact support with your order number, the checkout email, and the product name.
