Find Purchases and Downloads
Where to find purchased products, downloads, order receipts, and account product access.
Purchased products and order history are available from your account when you are signed in with the checkout email.
Find products
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Products to view available products and downloads.
- Open Orders to review receipts and order history.
- Select the product or download link you need.
If a product is missing
- Confirm you are signed in with the email used at checkout.
- Check whether the order was placed with a different payment email.
- Look for the order receipt in your inbox.
- Contact support with the order number, checkout email, and product name.
Download issues
If a download link fails, try again in a fresh browser tab. If it still fails, send support the product name, order number, and a screenshot or copy of the error message.
