Reset a Forgotten Password
How to request a password reset link and what to check if the email does not arrive.
If you cannot remember your password, request a reset link and create a new password from the email you receive.
Reset your password
- Open the password reset page.
- Enter your account username or email.
- Check your inbox for the reset email.
- Open the reset link and create a new password.
- Return to the account page and sign in.
Troubleshooting
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
- Search your inbox for the site name, password reset, or account.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset link.
- Try the email address used for checkout if you have multiple email addresses.
If the reset link expired
Request a fresh password reset email. For security, reset links are valid for a limited time and may stop working after they are used once.
