Support resources for orders and downloads.
If you purchased a product from the shop, you can access your files and template links through your account dashboard.
This page explains where to find your download, how to access your template, and what to do if something isn’t working.
How to Access Your Purchase
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email receipt with access to your download.
You can also access your purchase directly from your account.
Steps:
- Sign in to the account you used when purchasing.
- Open your Library or Purchases section.
- Find the product you purchased.
- Open the product page to access the download or Notion template link.
If you purchased multiple products, they will all appear in your account library.
Accessing Your Notion Template
Most products in this shop are delivered as a Notion template link.
To use the template:
- Open the template link provided with your purchase.
- Click Duplicate in the top right corner of the Notion page.
- Choose the workspace where you want to copy the template.
- The template will now appear in your workspace and can be edited freely.
You only need to duplicate the template once.
I Didn’t Receive My Download Email
If you did not receive your purchase email:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for the store name or product name.
- Try logging into the account used during checkout.
Your purchase will still be available in your account library even if the email was lost.
I Can’t Duplicate the Template
If the Duplicate button is missing:
- Make sure you are logged into your Notion account.
- Open the template link in a full browser window.
- Refresh the page and try again.
If the issue continues, contact support and include the product name.
Lost Your Purchase?
If you purchased previously but cannot locate the product:
- Log into the account used during checkout.
- Check the Library or Purchases section.
- Make sure you are using the same email address used for the purchase.
If you still cannot find the purchase, contact support with your order email.

If you run into any issues accessing your template, contact support and include:
- The product name
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of the issue
This helps resolve problems much faster.
