The template is designed to function as a reusable reference database that links cleanly with other Notion databases.

How to Add the Template to Your Notion Workspace

Open the template link you received after purchase.
Click Duplicate in the top-right corner.
Select the workspace where you want the template installed.
The template will now appear in your workspace.

If the duplicate button does not appear, make sure you are logged into your Notion account.

How the Template Is Organized

Countries Database

The Countries database stores a structured list of countries that can be connected to other databases in your workspace.

Each country entry can include information such as:

country name
continent or region
notes or related references

This allows the database to act as a centralized geographic reference.

Using Countries in Other Databases

The main purpose of this template is to create relationships between countries and other data in your workspace.

Examples include:

To connect a country to another database, create a Relation property and link it to the Countries database.

Troubleshooting

I cannot duplicate the template

Make sure you are logged in to your Notion account and viewing the template page in your browser.

The template duplicated but looks empty

Some database views may include filters. Try switching to another view to see all entries.

Template Updates

Templates may occasionally receive improvements.

Updates can usually be applied manually to your existing template.
