How to Add the Template to Your Notion Workspace
- Open the template link you received after purchase.
- Click Duplicate in the top-right corner.
- Select the workspace where you want the template installed.
- The template will now appear in your workspace.
If the duplicate button does not appear, make sure you are logged into your Notion account.
How the Template Is Organized
Content Database
The Content database is the central workspace for planning and tracking your content.
Each content entry can include:
- title
- content type (blog, video, newsletter, etc.)
- publishing platform
- status
- scheduled publication date
- notes or draft links
Status Tracking

Troubleshooting
I cannot duplicate the template
Make sure you are logged in to your Notion account and viewing the template page in your browser.
The template was duplicated, but it looks empty
Some views may include filters. Try switching to another view to see all entries.
Template Updates
Templates may occasionally receive improvements.
Updates can usually be applied manually to your existing template.
