Log In to Your Account
How to sign in to your account and reach your products, orders, and downloads.
Use the account page to sign in and manage products, downloads, orders, and saved account details.
Log in
- Open the account page.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Log in, then open Products or Orders from the account menu.
If the login form reloads
- Double-check that the email address is spelled correctly.
- Reset your password if you are not sure which password was used.
- Try a private browser window if a browser extension or cached session is interfering.
If you do not have an account yet
Create an account using the email from your purchase. If your purchase was recent, also check your inbox for the receipt or account email.
