Background
I’ve led and shipped SEO/content work at Upwork and worked across major newsrooms like the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Baltimore Sun, and Orlando Sentinel, helping trending topics rank in competitive results.
I’m comfortable operating across time zones, collaborating with designers and engineers, and keeping work secure and private. I’ve competed in high‑competition SERPs and led localization efforts at scale.
Today, I bring that mix of white hat SEO, product/UX sense, and systems thinking to modernize teams. This enables streamlined processes, impressive results, and clear documentation you can actually use.

Project Inquiry
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an SEO audit take?
Most audits take 5 to 7 business days. I can deliver a shorter 1 to 3 day audit when the scope allows and a rush fee applies.
For large or enterprise sites, the work usually runs longer than a week, and it often makes sense to move into an engagement that covers discovery, the audit itself, and implementation support instead of a one-off document.
Final timelines depend on access to analytics and Search Console, crawlability, and a clear point of contact.
What kinds of businesses do you partner with?
I partner with values‑aligned, mission‑driven teams. I look for organizations that create real value and try to make things better.
Great fits include work that addresses climate change, expands education, improves accessibility, supports creators, or strengthens local communities.
I focus on U.S.-based, English‑language sites. I do not take projects that promote harm, hate, disinformation, or partisan right‑wing advocacy (fascism, white supremacy, conspiracy theories, etc.). I also do not work with adult content or similar categories.
If you are unsure whether your project is a fit, just send me a note and we can talk it through!
What other services do you offer?
I take ongoing consulting and also one-off projects. If you have a specific job in mind, send a note and we can scope it quickly.
Ongoing consulting can include a fixed monthly scope for planning, reviews, and implementation help. Typical work covers roadmap updates, pairing with your team, and regular reporting.
One-off services include:
- Keyword research and opportunity sizing
- Content audits and content brief creation
- Technical fixes and site health cleanups
- Site migrations and URL mapping
- Analytics and Search Console setup and QA
- Design and UX notes for conversion and clarity
- Light site development for WordPress or Webflow
- Notion systems for content and workflow management
- AI workflow consulting to speed up research and production
If you need something not listed here, ask. If it is in my wheelhouse, I can help or point you to the right person.
Can you implement the recommendations for me?
I deliver the audit and a clear plan. Your team implements the work. I do not write blog posts, run link schemes, or manage day‑to‑day publishing. My role is to make the path obvious and to help you ship it well.
What I will do:
- Turn findings into prioritized tasks with effort and impact.
- Provide briefs, tickets, and examples your team can follow.
- Review drafts and pull requests for quality and alignment.
- Answer questions in check‑ins and keep the plan current.
- QA key changes after release and track results in shared dashboards.
If you need hands‑on help to produce content or code, we can discuss a separate arrangement or I can point you to trusted partners. Many clients keep me on a light advisory retainer for reviews, measurement, and iteration.
Do you provide backlink building services?
No. I do not sell or run backlink building campaigns.
Many SEO services center their offers around link outreach. I do not, because effective SEO does not require begging for links or buying them. My best results have come from work that earns attention without asking for handouts.
I focus on what attracts links naturally: useful content, product and UX improvements that answer real queries, and a technical foundation that makes your site easy to crawl and share.
If your team receives legitimate press or partnerships, I can help you make the most of them. I will not do mass outreach, guest‑post swaps, or paid placements.
How do you handle security and access?
I use least‑privilege access and keep credentials secure. For analytics and Search Console, I prefer scoped user roles instead of shared logins. If an NDA is required, that is standard.
During an engagement, I document what was accessed and why. When the work wraps up, I ask that my access be removed. I do not share, resell, or repurpose your data.
If you want to route access through a password manager or a single sign‑on workflow, that works well too.
