Create an Account

How to create a customer account and connect it to a purchase.

An account lets you access purchased products, downloads, order history, and account details from one place.

Create your account

  1. Go to the account page.
  2. Enter the email address you want to use for product access.
  3. Create a password if the form asks for one, or follow the account email sent after checkout.
  4. After signing in, open Products to confirm your purchases are listed.

Use the right email

If you already purchased something, create the account with the same email used at checkout. That is the email most likely tied to your order and download permissions.

If your purchase is missing

Try another email you may have used at checkout. If the product still does not show up, contact support with your order number, checkout email, and the product name.
