Refund Policy

At TCB Studio, the goal is to provide high-quality digital products and services that meet your needs and expectations. Refunds are offered in cases where products do not function as described or services fail to meet agreed-upon terms.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

  • The digital product is defective, incomplete, or not as described.
  • A service was not delivered according to the agreed-upon scope or schedule.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Disliking a product’s design, style, or format after delivery, when the product functions as intended.
  • Situations where the product has already been used or downloaded in full, unless there is a proven defect.

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Provide any relevant details or screenshots that help explain the problem.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility. Additional information may be requested during this process.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Continuous Improvement

Feedback is always appreciated and helps improve future products and services. Even if a refund isn’t granted, input on how to improve is welcomed.
